Ming was my first Shar-pei and lived a long and happy life with us. In her last year she declined to the point of being very worried about going outside alone without one of her humans with her. She taught me a great deal about the breed, but on September 22, 2003, we sent her to rainbow bridge, to aleviate her suffering. She was buried on our property where I can visit her grave in days to come.
